The Time of Becoming
Perhaps many things feel new right now – your body, your emotions, your questions and the little life growing inside you.
Pregnancy marks the beginning of a new chapter in your life. While your body creates new life, something within you begins to transform as well. You are becoming a mother, and a new version of yourself is beginning to emerge.

The Threshold
Birth is a unique moment of opening, surrender and expansion – a moment of strength and letting go at the same time. Your body does something incredible: it allows the miracle of life to move through you and brings a new human being into the world. One becomes two.
It is a moment of indescribable power – deep, immense, intense and raw.

The Time of Arriving
You have given birth. Your baby is here. And slowly, you begin to take in what has actually happened.
Postpartum is a special time between what was and what is becoming – a time of falling in love and of landing. Your body is healing, your baby is arriving on Earth – and you, too, are finding your way into your new role as a mother.

Frequently asked questions
You do not need to have everything figured out.
Sometimes the first step is simply having space to ask. Here are a few questions that often arise before writing.
I do not know what kind of support I need. Can I still write?
Yes. You do not need to choose a service before contacting me. Tell me where you are right now and we can explore together what might support you.
Can we meet before I decide?
Yes. We can arrange a free conversation to meet, share your questions and sense whether my way of supporting you feels right.
Is online support available?
Yes. Online options are available during pregnancy and around birth. Tell me where you are writing from so I can guide you honestly.
At which stages do you offer support?
I offer support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, as well as preparation, bodywork, lactation support and rituals connected with these transitions.
What happens after I submit the form?
I read your message and reply personally. From there, we can answer a specific question or arrange a first conversation.
Which languages can we use?
You can write to me in Spanish, English or German.
Does this support replace medical care?
No. The support and information on this website do not replace medical assessment or emergency care. In an urgent situation, contact your local emergency services or healthcare professional.
